SHIPPING METHODS:
Your order will be delivered using the most cost effective means. The specific shipping method for your order is based upon the physical dimensions of your product. There are two shipping methods; UPS and LTL (Less-Than-Truckload).
Small Packages:
Our "standard" shipping method is UPS Ground delivery service. When beneficial, we ship products utilizing UPS Hundredweight. This provides our customers with the best shipping rates possible.
Expedited UPS delivery, e.g., Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd-Day Air, 3 Day Select, is also available at a higher cost and may be selected during your order checkout process.
LTL Freight:
All deliveries that are made by LTL Freight Companies are unloaded from the truck only. Freight Companies will not deliver inside a house, trucks may refuse to pull into a residential drive if there is not enough room for their truck.
Lift gate services are usually available, additional charges may apply.
TERMINAL DELIVERIES: We strongly recommend deliveries are made to the freight carriers terminal closest to the customer's address. Terminal dock workers will unload equipment from the trailer and load it onto the customer's truck or trailer free of charge. This is the best way to handle deliveries, and it ensures the customer will not have to pay additional charges for taking too long to get equipment off of the trailer.
Freight Damages:
If products are damaged by the trucking company in transit, IT IS VITAL THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS A DAMAGED GOODS FORM FILLED OUT BY THE DRIVER. Not doing so makes fixing problem much more time consuming and complicated.
Customers should carefully inspect their product to ensure the trucking company did not cause any damage while moving the goods from truck to truck using a forklift.
*Please note that on rare occasions deliveries can be delayed due to weather and other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to deliver your order on the chosen date, but the delivery date you select cannot be 100% guaranteed.
